ILC (International Language Center) Co., Ltd. is a Thai document practice with more than 15 years of continuous work in certified translation, notarisation, consular legalisation and Apostille. Every file is handled in-house by named, verifiable professionals — a licensed Thai Notarial Services Attorney, NAATI-certified translators and Ministry of Justice registered translators — and every engagement starts with free advice on the correct route before any quotation.
Who does the work
Notarial Services Attorney
Licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under Royal Patronage. Performs signature witnessing, certified true copies, affidavits and Land Office powers of attorney accepted by embassies and foreign registries.
NAATI-certified translators
Certified for Thai–English translation accepted by the Department of Home Affairs, state authorities, universities and courts in Australia and New Zealand.
Ministry of Justice registered translators
Registered for court and government use in Thailand, and for consular legalisation at the Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Plan the full sequence for each file — translation, notarisation, legalisation or Apostille, and submission — so the whole set clears in one round instead of three.
We are an advisor first and an agency second. Clients who only need a second opinion on their own route are welcome to ask; we would rather you file correctly once than pay twice.
How a case runs

- 2Free route reviewWe confirm the destination authority, the exact layers your document must pass, and any condition that would cause a rejection.
- 3Written scope and quotationYou receive the deliverables, the sequence and the total cost in writing before work begins.
- 4Execution with checkpointsTranslation, notarisation and legalisation proceed with a status update at every hand-off.
- 5Delivery and after-careDocuments are delivered in person, by courier or as certified digital copies. If the authority raises a query, we answer it with you.
Privacy (PDPA)
We comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. We collect only the data the receiving authority requires, never sell or share it with third parties, and delete your files on request at ilc@thainotary.co.th.
Service terms
Quoted figures are starting points and may change with the real scope of work; any change is agreed in writing first. Every payment is receipted. Cancellation before work starts is refunded in full.
Accuracy and re-filing
If a document is rejected because of an error on our side, we correct and re-file it without a further service fee. If the service does not match what was agreed, we refund within 14 days.

- Who actually handles my documents?
- A named in-house team, not a broker chain. Translations are produced by NAATI-certified and Ministry of Justice registered translators, and notarial acts are performed by a Thai Notarial Services Attorney licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
- How long has ILC been doing this work?
- More than 15 years of continuous practice in translation, notarisation, consular legalisation, police clearance and visa document preparation, for both Thai nationals abroad and foreign nationals in Thailand.
- What happens if an authority rejects my document?
- We review the rejection notice, correct the cause and re-file at no additional service fee when the fault is ours. Government fees charged again by the authority are the only cost you carry.
- How is my personal data protected?
- We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. We collect only what the receiving authority requires, never sell or share data with third parties, and delete files on request by email.
- Do you advise, or only execute?
- Both. Before any work starts we tell you which route your document actually needs, which steps can run in parallel, and where files are most often rejected. Advice on scope is free and comes before any quotation.
- Can I verify your certification before paying?
- Yes. Ask for the translator's NAATI number or Ministry of Justice registration and the notarial attorney's licence number, and verify them with the issuing body before you commit.
