Registering a marriage in Singapore as a Thai national involves five phases: (1) collect Thai civil documents (2) certified translation + Thai MFA legalization (ILC handles end-to-end) (3) counter-legalization at the Singapore embassy in Bangkok if not an Apostille state (4) attend the ceremony at Registry of Marriages (ROM), and (5) repatriate the certificate into the Thai household registry via Kor Ror 22 so it is recognized under Thai family law.

นำ Marriage Certificate ปลายทาง → แปลไทย → รับรองสถานทูตไทยปลายทาง หรือ MFA ไทย → ยื่นบันทึกฐานะแห่งครอบครัว (คร.22) ที่อำเภอ/เขตในไทย
