Process overview
Registering a marriage in Switzerland as a Thai national involves five phases: (1) collect Thai civil documents (2) certified translation + Thai MFA legalization (ILC handles end-to-end) (3) counter-legalization at the Switzerland embassy in Bangkok if not an Apostille state (4) attend the ceremony at Zivilstandsamt, and (5) repatriate the certificate into the Thai household registry via Kor Ror 22 so it is recognized under Thai family law.

- หนังสือรับรองความเป็นโสด (สนง.ทะเบียนเขต/อำเภอ)
- สูติบัตร (Birth Certificate)
- บัตรประชาชน + ทะเบียนบ้าน
- หนังสือเดินทาง
- หนังสือเปลี่ยนชื่อ/สกุล (ถ้ามี)
- ใบหย่า/มรณบัตรคู่สมรสเดิม (ถ้ามี)

นำ Marriage Certificate ปลายทาง → แปลไทย → รับรองสถานทูตไทยปลายทาง หรือ MFA ไทย → ยื่นบันทึกฐานะแห่งครอบครัว (คร.22) ที่อำเภอ/เขตในไทย

ถ้าคนไทยไม่มีวีซ่าพำนัก ต้องขอ Visa D (Schengen ระยะยาว) เพื่อเข้าจด
