Yes. Diagnostic codes, laboratory reference ranges, units and medication dosages are carried across unchanged, with a translator's note where a Thai brand name has a different international generic name. Nothing is converted or rounded, because a receiving clinician must be able to compare the translated report to the original figures.

Is a doctor's signature enough, or does it need legalization?

For an insurance claim a hospital-stamped original plus a certified translation is usually enough. For immigration, court use or an overseas medical board, the certificate normally needs certification by the Medical Council or the hospital director, then MFA Consular legalization, and sometimes embassy legalization. How is patient confidentiality handled?
