Virtual Office

Will the Revenue Department inspect a virtual office before approving VAT?

It may. When processing a VAT application (PP.01), a Revenue officer can visit the stated place of business. You should provide the owner's consent letter, a copy of the house registration, a location map and photographs showing the business name sign. Our addresses support VAT registration, and we keep a contact person on site. After approval, the PP.20 certificate must be displayed at the place of business, and monthly PP.30 returns are required even with no sales. There is no government fee for VAT registration. Call 092-0170000 or LINE @THAIL — service fees on request.

General information, not case-specific legal advice. Government fees may change; confirm with the authority before paying.
