Under the Ministerial Regulation on partnership and company fees B.E. 2563 (in force 1 January 2021), published by the Department of Business Development: registering a memorandum of association costs THB 500, registering a limited company THB 5,000, a registered partnership THB 1,000, each subsequent amendment (director change, capital change, address change, etc.) THB 500 per filing, and a registration certificate THB 100 per copy. Document inspection and certified copies carry small additional fees. These are government fees only; professional service fees are separate.
