DHL translation-document delivery | Paper records, address and tracking
Dispatch is separate from translation. Confirm the required paper record, recipient and delivery conditions rather than promising worldwide arrival within a fixed number of days.

Identify printed translations versus original source records
Inventory printed translations, copies and official originals separately. Do not call every printed set an original. Check required signatures and declarations before packing.
Confirm a deliverable address with the actual recipient
Verify names, street, postcode, country and contact details. Check receiving restrictions rather than guessing an address from the authority’s name. Share only necessary personal information.
Record the agreed contents before sealing the package
Confirm record and copy counts. Retain relevant practitioner details for CPN checks where NAATI is required. CCL is not professional translator certification. Dispatch cannot correct missing credentials or declarations.
Track the shipment without implying guaranteed arrival or cover
Check the number and actual status through DHL after carrier handover. A generated shipment number is not delivery. Timing depends on service, destination and disruptions. Do not assume automatic loss insurance; check the selected service’s liability and cover.
Quote transport separately from translation work
Provide destination, record types and set counts. Contact our team for a quotation. Agree retained copies, resending and incident follow-up; carrier delivery is not authority acceptance of the documents.
Questions before commissioning
Does a tracking number prove delivery?
No. Check actual carrier status and delivery evidence.
Is every shipment automatically insured?
No blanket assurance is made. Check the selected service, liability and cover before confirming.
Does delivery mean the authority accepts the translation?
No. Transport and document assessment are distinct matters.
