NAATI is Australia's National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters. Australian government departments, universities and professional bodies generally require translations produced by a NAATI-certified practitioner, with the practitioner's certification details shown on the translation. ILC coordinates certified translation of Thai records for Australian use and, where the receiving body also wants the underlying Thai document authenticated, arranges the consular layer as well.
