ILC-NAATI-AD01
Urgent NAATI translation | Availability assessed from actual records
Urgent work requires assessment of records, practitioner availability and delivery format. The legacy urgent-24h URL does not promise completion within 24 hours.

Provide the recipient’s cut-off and relevant time zone
Specify dates, times, time zones and submission channels with the actual request. Separate the translation handover deadline from the appointment or departure; notifying a date is not acceptance of the job.
Confirm complete inputs before booking an urgent assignment
Send readable pages, reverse sides and relevant name-history evidence. Specify languages, record counts and declarations. Missing information or issuer queries may change feasibility.
Keep practitioner standards unchanged under time pressure
Where required, verify the actual translator’s CPN, certification and language direction. CCL is not professional translator certification. Urgency does not justify another person’s stamp or omitted name and number checks.
Separate translation availability from physical delivery
A completed file is not a delivered paper record. Printing, signatures, copy certification and transport need separate agreement. Confirm whether the recipient accepts files or requires paper.
Obtain explicit acceptance and quotation terms
Contact our team for a quotation and a feasibility assessment before confirming. No fixed rush fee or completion promise is displayed. Sending files alone does not secure an assignment when availability is unconfirmed.
Questions before commissioning
Does urgent-24h guarantee 24-hour completion?
No. It is a legacy URL; staff must assess and confirm the actual work.
Does sending files automatically reserve a slot?
No. Confirm complete inputs, availability and terms with staff first.
Does urgent translation include urgent legalisation or transport?
Not automatically. Each stage has separate requirements and availability.
Official guidance to check

- Home Affairs — documents and translator details for applications
