Overseas universities and credential evaluators (WES, ECA, ICAS, IQAS, AITSL, ASIC) require notarised copies of transcripts and degrees with the university's seal intact. Our attorney inspects the original (transcripts must retain the registrar's seal/signature), applies 'Certified true copy of the original document sighted', and includes a cover letter stating 'Sealed original inspected' — as required by WES. We can additionally convert GPA scales (US 4.0, AU 7.0, Chinese 100-point) as part of the translation service.
